A William and Mary Mule Chest consisting of poplar, pine and maple having a single board top with nailed battens above a deep well and full width drawers on turned bun feet. This is a fine example of early colonial furniture with an old, if not original finish. Rosehead nails are present throughout. The hardware has been replacedĀ and one moulding has been replaced.
